EuroCon 2009, Hotel Huize Damiaan, The Netherlands. For the 10th time the 1st.ROF Dutch squadron has planned another WWII (flight)sim enthusiasts convention in The Netherlands this year! Due to time schedules we were forced to switch to a new location. We had a major challenge finding a place that suits our needs, but we did it! A new location near Maastricht (Simpelveld), that looks just great for 4 days of fun. It's the 10th edition this year, so in that case we have another thing to celebrate then The bar is open!

The accommodation suits our purposes very well. Again we managed to have a bar in the conroom which is open until the bartender is worn out , but we have a backup bar in the back of the room, so no need to be afraid that we're out of stock for the late hours. The conroom itself is situated in the cosy party room that is large enough to place 40 computers and guests. A beamer and audio completes the overall gaming experience... Connection to the Internet with DSL is available again. The bedrooms are very basic; but comfortable enough for us pilots to crash into. But for the grace of God, we need to avoid as much sleep as we can and play till the last minute. Alas, no smoking is allowed anymore in the conroom since the new rules in our country, but you can have a quick exit outside to fulfil your needs.
